 Returns and Exchanges

HouroGrace Merchandise strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any damage, wrong item, or defective product you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days after delivery and in new, unused condition with the original packaging. Please check the size chart very carefully before placing the order, or if possible contact us about the size. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. It can take up to 20 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our store, it takes one business day to process the refund and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account. 

Ensure you enclose the correct and complete item when making a return. The right item must be returned to receive a refund. To start a return, you should contact us at support@hourogracemerchandise.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unfortunately, buyers are responsible for shipping return packages.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your package upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
