PROCESSING TIME VS SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (7 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 7 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to shipping partners). 

After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping partners for dispatch. An email with your online tracking information and details will then be sent to your email address we have on file about 1 business day later. 

CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it after 4 hours as your order might have already been processed. Please do drop us an email at support@hourogracemerchandise.com as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel an order that you have just made. 

UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or 15 USD redelivery fee to cover postage costs. 

CUSTOM / DUTY FEES

Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. We highly encourage customers to register an account with us to keep track of their orders. 

SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons: Certain items may be on backorder / Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office / Different designers/warehouse locations (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur along the route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30 business days (Russia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Columbia - 60 days). This may especially be true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December months) 

Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete and complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the HouroGrace Merchandise Sites. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier. Delivery of Products purchased from the HouroGrace Merchandise Sites to addresses outside the United States is limited. Some Products also have restricted delivery within the United States. Estimated delivery times are determined based on the method of shipping chosen when Products are purchased and the destination of the Products.

NOTE: All delivery times are estimated, which means you may receive your order sooner than expected or there may be a little delay. It takes about 7 business days for orders to be processed for release and shipment. The delivery option selected at checkout, that is, 14 business days $5.00, 18 business days $0.00, 12 Business Days $25.00 FedEx/DHL for delivery within the US, and 10 business days DHL express Worldwide (international) $90.96, 10 to 25 days $60, and 30 to 40 days $48 respectively will take effect after the order is processed for release and shipment.  

EXPRESS MAIL VIA DHL/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX (12 BUSINESS DAYS):

Available for single items at a flat rate of $60USD to $90USD per item, depending on the country. For orders of more than one item, higher shipping fees may apply. In such cases, we will email you at your given address for confirmation. We generally do not offer DHL for large orders of multiple different items.

*Please note we're not able to ship express to Brazil. Orders made from Brazil will only be shipped by Registered Mail (15 - 30 business days)
