Sizing off

I received my shirt and it is beautiful! I love, love, love the style and colors. My issue is it’s too small. I’m usually a standard 10/L in women’s and it doesn’t fit tight. I ordered a size L and it’s so tight on me. I can’t put the shirt of fully or button it. It would’ve been perfect if the sizing was correct.
