Well, unfortunately, my order was lost in the mail - apparently by the logistics company when the shipping process began. I'm very disappointed by this turn of events, but at least I can say that this company answered all my emails and questions in a timely manner, and issued a refund quite quickly once they realized they had no power to find the lost tuxedo once it was out of their hands. If it were to miraculously arrive at my door undamaged an in time for my event this week, I would gladly pay for it. As it is, this company stood up and handled the situation about as well as could be expected.
